Ingredients
- Salmon or steelhead trout fillet
- Grated peel of 1 lime
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp dark sesame oil
- Thai chili sauce or other Asian sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the lime peel, lime juice, honey and sesame oil. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (can spray first). Place salmon on baking sheet and brush with lime mixture. Bake at 375F, basting every 5 minutes. Depending on thickness of fish, it should not take more than 30 - 40 minutes - just keep an eye on it to see when done. Place under broiler for a minute or two to brown. This can be prepared in advance and served cold. Serve with Thai chili sauce or other Asian sauce.
