Ingredients
- 12 lg eggs
- 1 1/4 c sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 qt whole warmed whole milk
- 1 qt heavy cream
- 1 1/2 c bourbon
- 1 c cognac
- 1/4 c rum
- Whipped cream

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs, sugar and salt. Stir in milk and cook over low heat stirring constantaly until thick enough to coat the back of the spoon, about 25 minutes. Do not boil.
Pour into container. Add booze and cream. Chill at least 24 hours. It gets better as it sits.
Top with whipped cream right before serving.
