Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken or turkey
  • 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 cup bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350

2. Mix all ingredients and divide into 4 patties (I think I did 6) and place on a greased baking sheet.

3. Bake 15 minutes on each side

4. If desired, you can panfry 2 minutes on each side in a skillet to get a nice coating after baking.

* Can freeze uncooked on a cookie sheet. When frozen, wrap in aluminum foil and put in freezer bag.
