    tbs honey dijon mustard

  • 2

    cu panko

  • cu parmesan cheese, grated

  • tsp salt

  • 1

    tsp pepper

  • 6

    boneless chicken breast halves

  • ¾

    stick of butter


Preheat oven to 500 degrees. In a medium sized bowl, wisk eggs and mustard. In 2nd bowl, mix panko, parm, salt, and pepper. Melt 4 oz of butter and set aside. Use the rest of the butter to spread across cookie sheet. Take chicken and dredge in wet, then coat with dry mixture. Place coated chicken on cookie sheet. Drizzle melted butter on top of each piece. Place chicken in oven and cook until brown on bottom (approx. 5 min). Turn and brown other sid (approx. 5 min).
