Ingredients

  • Anise

  • Olive oil

  • Parmesan Cheese

  • Bread Crumbs

Directions

1. Cut up anise and put it in a pan. 2. Brush anise with olive oil. 3. Mix together equal parts parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Add olive oil to moisten then sprinkle over anise. 4. Cover and cook about 45 minutes. Then uncover and cook until brown.
