Tuna Salad with Celery and Radishes

Ingredients

  • 2 5 oz cans tuna in water (drained)
  • 8 small radishes (cut into wedges)
  • 2 stalks celery (sliced)
  • 1/4 C parsley (chopped)
  • 2 T fresh lemon juice
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1/4 t each kosher salt and black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in container. Refrigerate for up to one day. Serve with crackers or crisps.
