Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 (15 oz) can whole corn, drained
- 1 (15 oz) can creamed corn
Preparation
Step 1
Combine sugar and flour; whisk in eggs, almond milk, margarine, salt and pepper. Stir in whole corn and creamed corn.
Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 - 50 minutes until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
