Mongolian Pork Chops

  • 10 ounces center cut double pork chops
  • 1 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons tamari soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 scallion
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon garlic
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Korean chili powder



Step 1

Mix all marinade ingredients together and put pork chops in it. Let it marinade for at least 12 hours.

Grill and serve!

Do not throw away the rest of the marinade after you take the pork chops out. Put it in a sauce pan and bring to simmer. Use as sauce for pork chops.
