Ingredients
- 12 large cucumbers sliced
- 3 cups cider vinegar
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp ground tumeric
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 2 tsp mustard seed
- 6 med onions sliced thin
- 1 gal cole water
- 1/2 cup salt

Preparation
Step 1
Place cucumbers and onions in pot and cover w/brine
Let stand overnight
Drain
Place vinegar, sugar, tumeric, celery, and mustard seed in pot
Bring to boil
Add cucumbers and onions
Bring to boil
Boil uncovered for 1 min
Pack in jars and cover w/juice
Don't use for 1 month
