Ingredients
- 2-3 Chicken breasts
- 1 C Rotel
- 1 C Corn
- 1 C Black Beans (Drained and rinsed)
- 1 1/2 TBS Ranch Seasoning
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 8 oz cream cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all (but cream cheese) in instant pot for 20 minutes, release for 10 minutes. Remove chicken and shred. Add cream cheese to melt. Return chicken and mix. Top with cheese. A little soupy...otherwise could be a dip if baked, served with chips, or tortillas.
