Ingredients
- 2 lg. eggs
- 3 oz. diced ccream cheese
- 1/4 c. thin strips basil
- 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
- 1 tsp. butter
Preparation
Step 1
Beat 2 lg. eggs. Add cream cheese and remaining ingredients.
Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over med-low heat. Add eggs, cover and cook until set.
