Cream cheese omelet

Ingredients

  • 2 lg. eggs
  • 3 oz. diced ccream cheese
  • 1/4 c. thin strips basil
  • 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp. butter

Preparation

Step 1

Beat 2 lg. eggs. Add cream cheese and remaining ingredients.
Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over med-low heat. Add eggs, cover and cook until set.
