Hearty Delicious Beef Stew

Ingredients

• 11/2 lb. beef cut in small pieces
• 1/8 Cup flour
• 1/2 tsp. pepper
• 2 tsp. salt
• 2 T butter
• 1/2 cup chopped onions
• 1 tsp. paprika
• 2 T sugar
• 2 T wine vinegar
• 1/2 tsp. Worchestire sauce
• 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
• 2 Cups warm water
• 1 cup Tomato juice
• 5 small potatoes
• 3 medium carrots
• 1 pkg. frozen or small can of peas
• 1/2 cup red wine

Preparation

Step 1

Shake beef cubes in a sack with flour, salt, pepper. Brown meat in butter with onion, paprika, wine vinegar, Worchestire sauce, soy sauce. when brow don't let it skick, stir constantly, add the water, tomato juice, and simmer for one hour. Add potatoes, carrots, and peas. Cook covered for 25 minutes until vegetables are done. Five minutes before serving add 1/2 cup of red wine.
