    small cucumber (kirby) chopped

    can of chickpeas

    small tomatoes chopped

  • 2 or 3

    scallions

Directions

Combine bulgur and water, then bring to boil. Remove from heat; cover and let stand, bulgur will absorb all the water add all ingredients and mix together. Can be eaten warm or refrigerated.
