Ingredients
- 2 c Flour
- 2 c Sugar
- 2 t Baking Soda
- 2 Eggs
- 1 t Vanilla
- 1/2 c Pecans - chopped
- 1 (20z) can Crushed Pineapple with Juice
- Icing
- 1 pkg Cream Cheese
- 1/4 c Margarine - softened
- 1 t Vanilla
- 1 1/2 c Confectioner Sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together with mixer. Grease and flour 13x9 pan, pour mixture into it. Bake for 35-45 minutes at 350.
Mix ingredients together for icing. Ice cake in the pan after cake has cooled. Sprinkle with remaining pecan pieces on top.
