Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese shredded,divided
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 24 ounce jar pasta sauce
- 12 lasagna noodles
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread half a cup of sauce on bottom of a 9 by 13 pan.
2. Cook lasagna noodles till al dante.
3. Mix the eggs, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper.
4. After noddles are done cooking arrange on wax paper. Spread some cheese mixture then some sauce on each noddle. Roll up noodles.
5. Top rolls with remaining sauce and cheese.
6. Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
7. Let stand for 5 minutes then slice.
