Ingredients
- 1 pkg No-Bake Cheesecake
- 3 T Sugar
- 1/4 c (1/2 stick) Margarine - melted
- 1 1/2 c Cold Milk
- 1/2 c Fresh Blueberries
- 1/2 c Fresh Strawberries - halved
- 1/3 c Currant Jelly
- Graham Cracker crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Combine graham cracker crumbs, suagr and melted margarine. Press firmly against sides and bottom of 8" pie plate. Refrigerate crust for 15 minutes.
Pour milk into small deep bowl. Add no-bake cheesecake filling and beat at low speed with electric mixer until blended. Beat at medium speed 3 minutes longer. Pour into prepared crust.
Alternate a triangle or blueberries with a triangle of strawberries on top of the cheesecake forming a cartwheel pattern. Melt currant jelly over medium heat and spoon over fruit. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
