Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 Cups sugar
- 3/4 c butter softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 12 oz fresh cranberries

Step 1
Preheat oven 350 degrees
Beat eggs with sugar until slightly thickened and light in color about 5-7 mins, the mixture should almost double in size the eggs are the leavening agent do not skip, should form a ribbon when you lift your beaters out. Add the butter and vanilla mix 2 more mins. Stir in flour until just combined. Add the cranberries stir to mix.
Spread in buttered pan 9x13. Bake 40-50 mins or until very lightly browned and toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before cutting.
