  • 4 bone-in skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp dried rosemary
  • salt and pepper



Step 1

You can marinate chicken overnight,in zip-lock bag
Preheat over 400
place chicken into a glass dish , in a single layer and pour any excess marinade on top. Season with extra salt and pepper
place in over uncovered for 20 minutes
bate chicken if desired.
cook for another 15-20 minutes of until chicken reaches 160F
Serve of rice
