Cream Cheese Tarts

Ingredients

  • 2 8oz pkg Cream Cheese
  • 3/4 c Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 T Lemon Juice
  • 1 t Vanilla
  • Vanilla Wafers
  • Cherry Pie Filling

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs; then add lemon juice and vanilla. Line cupcake pan with papers, placing vanilla wafer into bottom of each. Fill 3/4 full. Bake for 15-18 minutes at 350. Cool and put cherry pie filling on top.
