Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 8 large mushrooms, sliced
- 1 red pepper sliced
- 3 stalks of celery, chopped
- 1 head of cauliflower, broken into florets
- 2 small yellow squash, diced
- 6 sliced cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup chopped red onion
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1-1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, grated
- 2 tbsp poppy seeds

Combine vegetables in a large bowl. Mix marinade in blender then pour over vegetables, toss, and serve
