Ingredients
- 1 c uncooked rice
- 2 c broth
- 1/4-1/2 c oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic
- 3 tbs tomto sauce
Preparation
Step 1
1) saute' rice in oil until golden brown; add onion, garlic, saute' until onion is soft and translucent.
2) add broth to rice, add tomato sauce. let simmer with lid open just a slit so as not to boil over. cook until rice absorbs all the broth
