Cannellini Bean Dip

This is a wonderful dip for veggies, chips or just a spread on toast.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. 13oz. can of white cannellini beans
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 of lemon with skin
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all of the above in a food processor and process until smooth.
