Ingredients
- 2 lbs bottom round steak
- 3 T Taco seasoning
- 2 green bell peppers
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 c sour cream
- 2 onions chopped
- 4 cloves garlic

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut steak and sprinkle with taco seasoning. Place in zip-lock bag. Cut peppers into large chinks and combine with onions and garlic.
2. Place steak in slow cooker and top with veggies. Pour salsa over all. Cook for 8 hours on low
3. Shred meat and return to cooker for 30 minutes.
