Braunschwieger Ball

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb Braunschwieger (Liver)
  • 1 med Onion - finely chopped
  • 1/3 oz Lemon Juice
  • 5 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 T Wine

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients together, shaping into ball. Serve with crackers.
