Cheesecake Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 c Chopped Nuts
  • 1 c Flour
  • 1/3 c Butter - melted
  • 8oz pkg Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 c Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 T Lemon Juice
  • 2 T Milk
  • 1 t Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix brown sugar, nuts and flour together. Stir in butter and mix with hands until crumbly. Remove 1 cup mixture for topping, then place remaining mixture in 8" square pan, firmly. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add egg, lemon juice, milk and vanilla; beat until all ingredients are smooth.
Pour over baked crust, sprinkle topping. Bake 25 minutes at 350. Cool in refrigerator.
