Ingredients
- 2 T Butter
- 6 T Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 c Water
- 1 1/2 c Ketchup
- 2 T Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 t Tabasco sauce (or more to taste)
- 1 t Garlic - finely chopped
- 3 T peanut, vegetable or corn oil
- Salt to taste (if desired)
- Pepper ( to taste)
- 1/4 t Red Hot Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 Bay Leaf
- 2 T Sugar
- 1 t Paprika
- 1 Lemon
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except lemon into saucepan. Add the juice of the lemon. Cut lemon into quarters and add it. Heat thoroughly without boiling. Use as baste for meat while grilling.
