Eggnog Coffee Cake

Ingredients

  • 15 oz box yellow cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/3 cup International Delight Original Nog (plus 3-4 tablespoons for glaze)
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl, beat together cake mix, eggs, eggnog, and oil until smooth.
Pour into a greased bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool completely.
In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar and one tablespoon of eggnog at a time until a semi-thin consistency is reached.
Drizzle evenly over cake.
