Candied Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 medium to large Sweet Potatoes
  • Dark Karo Syrup or Maple Syrup
  • Brown Sugar
  • Salt
  • Margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Cover shallow baking dish with Dark Karo Syrup or Maple Syrup. Cook sweet potatoes until nearly tender. Peel and cut into quarter or 1/2 inch slices. Place in dish and sprinkle with brown sugar. Salt to taste and dot with margarine.

Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350 or until glazed.
