Ingredients
- 2 pkgs (8 oz. each) cream cheese
- 3-4 heaping TBSP. jalapenos, chopped from a jar
- 9 green onions, chopped
- 1/3 jar peach preserves
- 3-4 tsp. crushed red peppers
- Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 5 ingredients and shape into 1 big or 2 smaller balls. Roll in shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Refrigerate before serving.
