TURNIP WITH VELVEETA CHEESE (Leanne Donovan)

Ingredients

  • 1 carrot, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 medium turnip, peeled and cut into chunks
  • Butter to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Velveeta cheese to taste
  • Bread crumbs
  • Melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Cook carrot and turnip separately until tender enough to mash. Mash together. Add butter, salt and pepper and Velveeta cheese. Mix bread crumbs and butter together and sprinkle on top.

Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
