Ingredients
- Meat Balls:
- 2 lbs. lean ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Salt
- Sauce:
- 1 bottle chili sauce
- 1/2 c. grape jelly
- Juice from 1 lemon
Preparation
Step 1
Cobine ingredients for meat balls and form into small balls. Brown lightly in hot oil. Combine sauce ingredients and heat. Pour sauce over meatballs and simmer for about 20 minutes.
