Ham Pinwheels

Ingredients

• 1 (8-oz) pkg. cream cheese
• 1 T. horseradish
• 10 thin slices ham or summer sausage
• 1 T. chives, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Beat cream cheese until smooth; stir in horseradish and chives. Spread each meat slice with about 1 tablespoon of cheese mixture. Rool up and chill. Before serving, slice each roll into 5 pieces. Serve with toothpick.
