SALAMI BOCONCINI ROLLS

Ingredients

  • 12 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 12 bocconcini, cut in half
  • 12 large basil leaves, cut in half lengthwise
  • 12 salami slices, cut in half
  • olive oil
  • Fleur de sel
  • Toothpicks

Preparation

Step 1

Place 1/2 tomato and 1/2 bocconcini together, wrap with half basil leaf and then 1/2 piece of salami. Secure with a toothpick. Lay on platter and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
