Ingredients
- 2 8oz pkg Cream Cheese
- 1 (8 1/2 oz) can crushed Pineapple - drained
- 1 1/2 c Pecans - chopped, divided
- 1/4 c Green Pepper - finely chopped
- 2 T Onion - finely chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Mix cream cheese, pineapple, 3/4 of chopped pecans, green pepper and onion together. Form into cheeseball and roll into remaining chopped nuts for outside layer.
