Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Stew Meat
- 5 medium Potatoes
- 2 c Carrots - sliced
- 1 Onion - coarsely chopped
- 1 c Celery - sliced
- 2 c Tomato Juice (or V8)
- 3 T Tapioca
- 1 T Sugar
- 1 1/2 t Salt

Bake at 250 for 5 hours or 275 for 4 hours.
