Ingredients
- 1 Recipe Gluten Free Pizza Crust
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
- 3 plum tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons shredded basil
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place prepared pizza crust on a pizza pan and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of the cheese over the crust. Top with tomato slices and remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Sprinkle with pepper. Return to oven and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until crust is crisp and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with basil before serving.
