Glazed Carrots and Cranberries

Ingredients

  • 2 lb baby cut carrots
  • 2 Tbs butter
  • 2 Tbs honey
  • 1/3 cup craisins
  • 1/3 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/3 tsp rosemary

Preparation

Step 1

Steam carrots until almost tender, about 6 mins.

Heat large heavy skillet over med-high heat. Add butter to pan and stir to melt. Then add ginger and rosemary and cook for 30 secs stirring occasionally.

Carefully add carrots to pan in single layer and sauté, tossing occasionally until carrots begin to brown.

Drizzle carrots with honey and add cranberries and toss.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.
