Ingredients
- Praline Topping:
- 1 loaf French Bread 16 ounce
- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups half and half
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tes vanilla extract
- 1/4 tea cinnamon
- 1/4 tea nutmeg
- dash of salt
- Praline topping recipe to follow
- Maple syrup
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup pecans
- 2 tab light corn syrup
- 1/2 tea cinnamon
- 1/2 tea nutmeg
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl

Step 1
Slice french bread into 20 1 inch slices. Arrange in a single layer overlapping in a well greased 9 x 13 pan.
Combine all French Toast ingredients except maple syrup, cover and put in fridge overnight.
Pre-heat oven to 350
Spread praline topping evenly 0ver toast. Bake 40 minutes until bubbly and puffed up. Serve with warm Maple syrup.
