Crack eggs into a large and shallow bowl. Add milk, mix well and season with salt and pepper. Break matzo up into bite size pieces. Place in egg mixture, and allow the matzo to soak up the egg for about five minutes. Season with salt and pepper. While the matzo is soaking, heat the butter in a medium size saute pan until melted and sizzling. Pour matzo and egg mixture into prepared pan. Stir until the egg has set and the matzo has just begun to brown. Pour into a plate and add more seasoning if needed.
