Ingredients
- 8 oz. pkg cream cheese (softened)
- 8 oz. carton sour cream
- 4 oz. can diced green chilies (well drained)
- 4 oz. can sliced black olives (well drained
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 5-10 inch tortillas
- salsa for dipping
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all the together. Divide the filling and spread evenly over the tortillas. Roll up, cover tightly with syran wrap, twisting ends and refrigerate for several hours. Unwrap and cut into 1/2 to 3/4 inch slices. Serve with salsa for dipping. Makes about 50
