- 1 T. grated lime peel
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 3 T. salad oil
- 4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cracked pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients, add chicken and marinate for at least 2 hours. Do not marinate overnight as it breaks down the chicken.
