  • 2 ShopRite® eggs
  • 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
  • 1 1⁄2 cups flour
  • 1 ⁄2 cup Plugrá® European-Style Butter,
  • melted
  • 1 ⁄4 tsp. Simply Organic® Cinnamon
  • 1 ⁄4 tsp. Simply Organic® Ginger
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries, thawed
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tsp. finely grated orange zest

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 13x9x2-inch baking pan with nonstick baking spray; set aside. In a large bowl lightly beat eggs with an electric-hand mixer. Stir in sugar, flour, butter, cinnamon and ginger until smooth. Fold in cranberries, walnuts and orange zest. Pour batter evenly into baking pan.

2. Place pan in oven. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until
browned around the edges and begins to pull away
from the pan. Remove pan from oven and place on a
wire cooling rack. Let cool in pan 30 minutes. Cut into
24 bars. Serve warm, or let cool completely.
