Ingredients
- 2 oz. smoked salmon
- 2 oz. mild goat cheese at room temperature
- 2 Tbs. Greek style fat free yogurt
- 1 Tbs. minced chives
- freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Finely chop salmon. Place in a bowl with goat cheese and yogurt. Mash to a paste. Add more yogurt if necessary to get a spreading consistency. Stir in chives and pepper.
