Reuben Dip

Ingredients

• 2 6-oz. pkgs. Carl Budding corned beef
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 8 oz. can sauerkraut, drained and rinsed

Preparation

Step 1

Chop corned beef and mix all ingredients together. Bake 350° oven for 20 minutes. Serve with cocktail rye bread and spicy mustard.
