Richard's Louisiana Shrimp

Ingredients

  • shrimp
  • Louisianna Hot Sauce
  • fresh garlic
  • olive oil
  • chopped celery
  • crusty French or Italian bread

Preparation

Step 1

Sauté celery in olive oil. Add shrimp and garlic until done. Add hot sauce and simmer briefly. Fill bowl with mixture. Pile cheese on top. Serve with bread for dipping in sauce.

Richard uses fresh shrimp. I would think you could sauté the garlic and celery first, then add the shrimp to heat through.
