Ingredients
- 2 med white onions finely chopped
- 2 sm limes, cut in half
- 3 cup fresh tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- dash salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Squeeze lime juice over chopped onions. Chop and add remaining . Stir, and let sit in refrigerator for several hours to mix flavors.
