Ingredients

  • 2 ripe tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
  • 2 Tbsp. snipped cilantro
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • dash sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, salt and sugar. Mix well. Cover and chill for several hours or overnight. Serve with taco chips.
