Ingredients
- 1 cup pine nuts
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup bunch fresh parsley
- 3 cups fresh basil leaves
- 2 "x2" cube of Parmesan cheese
- salt & pepper, to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients into blender. Start at low speed and then increase speed to high.
To make Mint Pesto Sauce replace 3cups of basil leaves with 2 cups of fresh spearmint leaves.
