Ingredients
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 1/2 pounds red-skinned potatoes, washed and cut into 1-inch chunks (about 6 to 7 potatoes)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except potatoes. Toss potatoes in mixture, coating evenly.
Place on a baking sheet and bake 50 to 60 minutes, until crisp and golden.
Note:
Serve these as a side dish with dinner and also as your breakfast potatoes.
