Pat's Crabmeat/Cheese Appetizer Spread*

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. worchestershire sauce
  • 1 sm onion, minced (more if desired)
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup seafood cocktail sauce
  • 12 oz. crab meat

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together cream cheese through onion. Line a pyrex pie plate with this mixture, bringing up sides like you would a pie crust.

Mix chili sauce and cocktail sauce together, and pour into cream cheese shell.

Clean, crumble and drain the crab meat, and sprinkle over the sauce. Add a sprig of parsley if desired. Chill. May be made 24 hours ahead of time, and is better if it is.
